True enough, and if you have other pressing concerns for your Valentine binge, Pink Slip Jam works as a delicious marinade for your poultry...maybe you won't be dancing it around quite like Julia, but you can add some B & B Marmalade or some Meyer Lemon & Vanilla Jam to olive oil & some balsamic and voila! It'll be like Julia whipped up something special just for you. Really. Because there are some times when cooking may not be quite what you had in mind.
