The peonies on Sauvie Island have not even begun to think of Spring yet I'd like to think they are resting up for a fabulous season, filled with blossoms as big as cabbages! one of Pink Slip Jam's favorite flavors would be Epiphany Jam. It consists of clementines, peony blossoms, & Tahitian vanilla. Named for a dear friend who happens to also adore peonies, spends time in Tahiti, and makes certain to eat her citrus!
