Last weekend the weather was so glorious, so uplifting, so inspiring! I could not be anywhere but my garden. Thankfully my rhubarb has survived & thrived the Winter and is now really showing off! In honor of the Return of Rhubarb, Pink Slip Jam will be concocting another creation for Mad Men this week. Many of you already know our adoration for the character of Joan Holloway Harris is boundless, so with that in mind, we are pleased to present a tasty new cocktail, the 'Miss Holloway', featuring Rhubarb Pink Peppercorn Syrup. With Champagne, of course!
