Suzanne Fuoco: Pink Slip Jam is a small batch jam and chutney business from Portland, Oregon that launched Summer of 2009. Lead by me, Suzanne Fuoco, Pink Slip Jam utilizes organic and seasonal products sourced from local farms and select neighborhood gleanings. We harvest berries weekly and snip herbs from our garden upon concoction. Our garden is expanding, as is our cultivation of uncommon herbs, as we experience high demand for ‘In the Pink!’ which incorporates infused Rose Geranium. We aim to let the fruit speak for itself, and in doing so, we use organic cane sugar, Lemon and or Apple juice. Currently, Pink Slip Jam is a small operation that provides for local businesses and enthusiasts, but because we encourage a lifestyle that allows timeout for good toast, butter and Pink Slip Jam in every home, our goal is to distribute on a larger level.
