Last week Pink Slip Jam, along with many other incredible Portland food businesses, was featured in a show at The Portland Art Institute. It was such an honor to be included along with Tressa Yellig from Salt, Fire, & Time with her amazing kombuchas. In addition, Unbound Pickles were there & they all provide delicious nibbles for your picnic spread. There were bicycles represented, with innovative carriers for hoisting bottles of beverages, NutCase helmets were there to protect your noggin, and lots of other beautiful Portland-made items.
