Some much-needed vacation time for the weekend is nigh & I am excited to have a little break from prepping fruit, hauling sugar, & sterilizing jars! While Pink Slip Jam is my calling, I am going home for a brief spell to recharge, get some inspiration, & enjoy the lovely offerings of Berkeley. This is where I went to school, went to work, and learned from the very best, Alice Waters. More exciting flavors upon the return, as well as continuing the much loved marmalades. Meanwhile, make sure you have some time for tea, toast, and jam this weekend!
