That Summer Feeling

The berries are lush & ripe for the picking, Strawberry Pink Peppercorn Jam, as well as Naked Fraises (our take on not-so-plain strawberry jam) are ready to go to join you in your tea & toast pursuits! This week we begin branching out in the glorious world of berries with the first of the ripe raspberries & the beginnings of blueberries. Bluebarb Jam, Blueberry Ginger Chutney, & In the Pink are all in our plans to make. Meanwhile, have a luscious 4th of July!

  1. For those who may need ideas, I really like mixing some jam in with Greek yogurt for breakfast, or some cottage cheese for lunch. It's great mixed into some ricotta for an easy dessert or for filling cannoli shells, if you're inspired to do so!
