September Song

Oh, it's a long, long while from May to December
But the days grow short when you reach September
When the autumn weather turns the leaves to flame

The days are getting briefer, the sunlight fading. Before you know it, it will soon be Hallowe'en, then that day of Thanks, or, if you happen to be Native American, it's another type of day entirely. Whatever days you choose to celebrate, if you are thinking of sending someone special gifts of jam or chutney, now would be a good time to let Pink Slip Jam know! We will soon be making Sir Isaac's Folly, a spiced apple chutney. It's great for Autumn roasts & cheese plates come football season. Think about placing a holiday order!
